Nuttofit is operated by Nexellence Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. We collect the name, email, mobile number, delivery address, selected products and payment references needed to process an order, provide support, arrange delivery and maintain appropriate business records.

Payments and delivery

Razorpay processes online payments. Our website does not collect or store your full card number, CVV or payment OTP. Our team shares the order details needed for delivery with Shiprocket and the assigned courier through manual order handover. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and customer support.

Essential storage

Browser session storage keeps your bag and saved order available in that browser session. Essential cookies support checkout and owner authentication. Clearing cookies or browser storage may end access to a saved guest order; contact support with your order reference for help. Advertising trackers, marketing subscriptions and analytics cookies are not currently configured on this website.

Retention and requests

We retain information for order fulfilment, support, security and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact support to request access or corrections, raise a privacy concern or ask about deletion. We may need to verify a request and retain records required by law. We do not claim that automatic retention deletion is active.
